Can my online store be accessed on any mobile device?
Yes! All online stores are built with responsive web design in mind – that means you can easily view, navigate, and purchase items through the ease of your mobile phone or tablet.
Will my store show up publicly on web searches?
No. Your store can only be accessed by those who receive the link with the special sale code. However, that isn’t to say your employees and/or team members might share the link with their friends and family; it would be up to your discretion if you want to notify them to keep the store link to themselves for your own privacy reasons.
Can you guys deliver straight to my door?
Usually, we will deliver the items to whoever our main point of contact was for creating the store. They can also arrange to pick it up at our main office at 1414 W 14th St in Tempe, Arizona. However, if you want to have the items specially delivered to every individual, please talk to our sales team. Please note that if you wish to pursue this route, shipping costs may increase.
For my store, I want each customer to have X, Y, or Z customized to the product they bought. Is that possible? (Examples: specific jersey numbers for each team player, etc.)
Yes! Let us know and we can require each customer fills out any unique information we may need. For example, we can make sure every teammate fills out the team number they want on their jersey, so that when it goes out to production the apparel can be customized to their liking.
What sizes do you carry? Does it cost more to order 2XL and above? Do you offer both youth and adult sizes?
Depending on the garment, but for the most part, yes. We can offer different youth and adult options – it’s all up to you. We will work with you to make sure the store is customized exactly to your liking, to the best of our ability.
For larger sizes, it completely depends on the garment style you choose to have in your store, but typically 2XL and above sizes do cost extra. You will be able to see the price markup for each size before you confirm payment, however, so you can make the best choice before purchasing.
I want my logo to be printed on different color apparel. Can you help me create different versions of our logo?
Yes. We have a fantastic graphic design department that can help you create variations of your logo, and make sure that the color scheme is consistent and vibrant for every piece of apparel that’s placed on your store.
How do I pay?
Once you check out with your shopping cart, you’ll be prompted to pay online. No more dealing with checks or cash – your order can be completed 100% electronically.
Okay, so I ordered online – when do I get my items?
Turnaround is usually within 5-7 business days after the day the store closes. We’ll place our orders to our vendor based on how many orders your store received, and once the items arrive in our office we can get started on printing/embroidering your logo or design on them! We will contact you when the items are ready for pick up.
I accidentally ordered something and I want to return it or get a refund.

I opened a store with you in the past. Can I reopen an old store? Can I make some adjustments?
We can easily reopen or duplicate a store. Keep in mind that the overall accounting reports will ultimately combine and reflect both store openings as one – so if you want to avoid any overlap between the accounting, we can duplicate the store instead. Adjustments to the products, pricing, colors, logos, etc can be made by us – just let us know in advance before the store is open!
